Seeking an experienced insurance professional who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs, in person meetings, and virtual meetings for all agency staff and field agents. This role requires strategic thinking, a passion for education, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the insurance industry.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain standardized training manuals, playbooks, job aids, videos, and other learning resources for agents and agency staff.
• Evaluate existing training materials and update them to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Build outcome-based education programs tailored to enhance employee, agent, and customer service representative performance and agency success.
• Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs and gaps in knowledge among staff, agents, and customer service representatives.
• Support the rollout of new carrier appointments, products, technology platforms, and corporate initiatives by developing and delivering corresponding training programs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure training content is current and compliant.
• Build relationships with external training providers and industry experts.
• Travel periodically to agency locations and regional meetings to provide onsite coaching, training, and operational support.

Qualifications

• College Degree preferred
• Insurance designations preferred, i.e. CIC, CRM, CPCU, CPIA
• Minimum of 5 years overall multi-lines insurance experience.
• Must possess and maintain state insurance licenses in good standing.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, regulations, and market trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. xhyhwjd
• Knowledge of insurance operations, trends, products.
• Familiarity with common Agency Management Systems (preferably EZLynx)
