Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a caring, thorough dental hygienist who takes pride in delivering excellent patient care and helping people feel comfortable, heard, and well cared for. Our ideal candidate is someone who treats patients and teammates like family, values kindness and professionalism, and is committed to creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Salary Rangefull-time $55 - $65 per hour
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
- Option for 35% of collections: We offer our hygienists hourly or 35% of their collections, whichever is higher!
- Work Hours: Monday 8 AM - 5 PM, Tuesday-Thursday 7 AM - 5 PM; Friday: 7 AM - 3 PM.
- Breaks: 60-minute lunch break (not counted as work hours).
- Overtime: Overtime available during busy seasons and paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate.
- Weekend Work: 1 Saturday/ month (optional)
- Holiday Shifts: we compensate 7 holidays a year and give the day after Thanksgiving off!
