  • Coach Franchise Owners on strategies to improve revenue, profitability, membership growth, retention, labor efficiency, and overall Shop performance.
  • Help Franchise Owners establish clear priorities, action plans, and measurable goals.
  • Follow up on commitments and provide ongoing coaching and accountability.

Shop Operations & Field Coaching

  • Conduct regular Shop Visits to evaluate performance and provide hands-on coaching.

The objective of every Shop Visit is simple: leave the Shop better than you found it.

Growth & Franchisee Support

  • Support Franchise Owners in developing strategies to increase Guest traffic, membership, retention, and Shop revenue.
  • Help identify whether performance opportunities are driven by marketing, sales execution, staffing, operations, or other business factors.
  • Share best practices and successful strategies from across the Hammer & Nails network.
  • Support new Shop openings and provide increased coaching during the opening and stabilization period.
  • Help Franchise Owners effectively utilize Hammer & Nails systems, tools, programs, and resources.
