Provides direction/education for the collection of urine, stool, and other laboratory specimens. Processes and prepare lab specimens for transport to the testing lab. Draws in our Emergency room, outpatient and clinics as needed.Phlebotomist/Specimen Processor QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent required. Completion of an accredited Phlebotomy Program, Medical Assisting Program, or a minimum of 6 months full time experience in phlebotomy required. ASCP or equivalent certification preferred.
