Store Manager — SoFlo Customs | West Palm Beach

Some vehicles sell from a showroom. Ours can stop a crowd.

SoFlo Customs is looking for a Store Manager who can lead a sales team and get our vehicles in front of people who haven’t discovered us yet .

We build custom Jeeps, Broncos, Trucks, G-Wagons, and Apocalypse vehicles for customers who want something they won’t find at the dealership down the street. These are one-of-one vehicles for people who want to be seen . Each build has its own personality, giving our team a product they can get excited about presenting.

We’ve been in business for 18 years and have consistently grown at approximately 30% year over year . About 85% of our transactions are internet based , and we ship vehicles nationwide to high-end buyers. You’ll lead a team of roughly 7 to 10 people at our West Palm Beach location, responsible for selling 50+ vehicles per month .

If you’ve spent years in the franchised auto world, you’ll find a different opportunity here: distinctive products, a more focused team, a generally 9-to-6 schedule with some weekend flexibility, and the potential to earn at or above what you’ve made as a very high-level variable manager in a franchise store.

Of course, you’ll coach your team, own the leads, make sure customers have an exceptional experience, and secure world-class online reviews . But we also want you looking beyond the showroom.

Which local event should have a SoFlo vehicle parked at the entrance? Where can we put a display that makes people stop, turn around, and walk over for a closer look? What can we do in West Palm Beach and the surrounding area that gets people talking about the brand?

We’re looking for a high-energy car enthusiast and idea person . Someone creative who thinks outside the box, sees an opportunity where others see an empty parking space, and gets excited about showing people a vehicle unlike anything else around it.

Experience with grassroots and gorilla marketing matters here. We want a manager who can spot the right car shows, boat shows, community events, and local partnerships, then help turn those ideas into real exposure and sales opportunities.

Minimum qualifications

• At least 5 years of automotive variable operations leadership experience.
• Job stability and a proven track record of leading teams to strong sales results.
• Experience managing internet leads, coaching follow-up, and converting remote buyers.
• A history of developing salespeople and holding a team accountable to clear goals.
• Strong customer communication skills, including the ability to resolve concerns and protect the customer experience.

You’ll be a strong fit if you can:

• Turn an online inquiry into a relationship, even when the buyer is across the country.
• Present the details that make each build special and connect them to what the customer wants.
• Identify local events and creative vehicle displays that build awareness for SoFlo.
• Bring fresh ideas to the business, then take ownership of making them happen.
• Share a customer’s excitement when they see their one-of-one vehicle for the first time.

This is a role for someone who wants to run the store and help grow the brand around it.
